The line starts with an automatic slicer that is equipped with a product accumulation buffe to supply the robotic loading cell that consists of two robots that feed the thermoformer.

Hygienic design TFS thermoforming machine that once formed the packages with the sliced product, it expels them towards the exit belt to be aligned in a single row.

The line has a metal detector with rejection and automatic labeling for packaging.

The packages are case packed in the robotized cell in pre-formed carton boxes. Before going on to the next phase, which is palletizing, they are closed with a box closing system.

Finally, by means of a mechanical palletizing system, the pallets of boxes with the packages are made.
