Fully automated packaging line for packaging of chicken nuggets and breaded products

Product is raised to the combination multi-head weigher that performs the necessary product doses for each bag of chicken nuggets.

The vertical bagger performs the nugget packages according to the dose of product that is fed through the multi-head weigher.

The metal detector integrated in line performs the inspection of metal contaminants to reject those packages that do not meet the established requirements.

The case erector performs the carton boxes from carton shsets so that later the robotic case packing cell fills with the packages coming from the vertical bagger box.

Once completed, the box is transported to the closing system arranged in line to close it.
